Villa Madre Luisita Rental

Our Villa Madre Luisita is a two-story structure with surrounding outdoor areas that is located on the southeast side of Santa Teresita’s 12-acre campus. It is an ideal location for small groups who are interested in hosting retreats/meetings or for families needing a larger space for their gatherings. The Villa includes all the needed amenities as well as having a larger campus available for walking the grounds as well as access to the beautiful St. Joseph’s Chapel located on the northeast side of the campus.



The Chapel within the Villa holds 25 people comfortably and more as necessary. Some of the beautiful woodwork of Rudoph Vargas is displayed in this Chapel. The sacred space offers a place for prayer and reflection in our Lord’s presence in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Meeting Room

The second-floor meeting room provides space for meetings up to 15 people. There is AV capacity and Wi-Fi accessibility. The room can be configured to meet your meeting needs. Other larger meeting spaces available on other parts of the campus

Spacious Front Room

The first-floor front room can be used for meetings or simply just to visit. Half the room has a seating area with AV capacity. The other half of the room can be configured for your meeting needs.

Private Rooms

Overnight accommodations are available for 19 people. There are four private rooms and the other rooms are in sets of two. Two rooms share one bathroom. The rooms are simple and comfortable with a bed, chair and sink. Each room exits out into the inner courtyard with the Villa building.

Kitchen

The kitchen is large and spacious with cooking capacity. There are two large refrigerators, one large freezer, working ovens, two sink stations, a walk-in pantry. An island in the middle of the kitchen area allows for camaraderie and a large working area. There is also a large area that extends out from the kitchen to provide dining space and includes another sink station.

Outdoors

Outdoor areas within the Villa Madre Luisita include an inner courtyard that provides a beautiful sitting area that can hold up to 20 people, a large outdoor cabana area with seating that holds up to 100 people and can be adjusted to meet your needs for hosting a gathering. There are also side areas available for additional seating. The greater Santa Teresita campus also has outdoor areas available for walking and sitting in the peace and quiet of nature.
