Santa Teresita Manor was awarded the 2016 Bronze Award for providing quality care to the elderly. This is the first step in the National Quality Award program – Commitment to Quality through the American Health Care Association (ACHA).
The goal of this award level is to provide the applicants with the tools and resources they need for continuing performance improvement. Through the Bronze criteria, based on the Organizational Profile section of the Baldridge Health Care criteria, members assess their organization’s mission, vision and key factors that lead to success.
Each facility that applies for this award must demonstrate a strong mission and vision and patient-focused excellence based on a systems-approach.
