How to Enroll

Eligibility

Enrollment is open to any family in the community with children 2 ½ years old to Kindergarten age.

Hayden Child Care is open to all children regardless of race, ethnicity or creed.

Health Requirements

Certification from a physician stating that a child may participate in a day care program is necessary. In addition, all children are require to be immunized against Rubella, as well as other childhood diseases. Evidence of the child's immunization record must be presented, as well as proof that the child is free from tuberculosis.

Enrollment Process

You may enroll your child by calling the Director between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. An appointment will be arranged for you to meet with either the director or the assistant director. At that time, both the parents and the child will be given a complete orientation to the school and its programs and policies.
